Since February 2022 I have held eleven Cost of Living Network meetings, with the first and last ones being held at St. Dyfrig's Community Church Hall in Treforest. They have been held mainly in Rhondda Cynon Taf, but we did one network meeting in conjunction with Cardiff Foodbank at Chapter Arts Centre.
The Network meetings have been an opportunity for individuals, community groups and third sector organisations to come together to look at the situation as it is and to see what groups are working to help deal with the situation.
People have found that the meetings are a great way to learn about what other groups are doing and to see if there are ways of joining forces on schemes to spread the great work that is being done.

Heledd has organised the next Cost of Living Network event for 9:30am on Friday 10th July at the YMa centre, Pontypridd.
With energy costs increasing once again, and with the cap on the cost of energy about to rise significantly in July, it is our intention to focus on energy poverty in the next session, bringing in experts to discuss the situation, and look at the best way to help people.
As usual there will be time to network.
